We had an amazing group vacation! Enjoyed visiting the bustling Leidseplein and catching a concert that showcased Dutch culture. The hotel is well-located and offers a cozy atmosphere. Just a heads-up, breakfast is great but a bit pricey. Overall, we made great memories and had a fantastic time!
Unfortunately, we had some housekeeping issues. The cleaning wasn't up to par, and we found a pillow without a cover left on our bags. That was pretty off-putting.

The fresh, made-to-order pizza at the hotel was an absolute delight! Plus, the room was super spacious and spotless, making it a perfect base for our Amsterdam adventure. The self-service corner was a late-night lifesaver!
We had a little hiccup with taxi bookings, but it didn't put a damper on our fun.

Great for a luxury escape
The staff here were unbelievably attentive, like they were watching your back every moment, making sure nothing was wrong. And the room? It was remarkable, huge with a breathtaking view, like it was tailored just for us. I couldn’t believe my luck.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly pocket change, but you know what they say, you pay for what you get.

missingWrote a review on 10 Juncentral locationdiverse breakfastcheck-in delay
The location hits the mark, just a short walk to metro and tram lines, making it easy to navigate the city. The breakfast buffet stands out with a great selection, from fresh pastries to hearty hot dishes, making mornings something to look forward to.
Checking in at 3pm after an early arrival proved to be a pain, with no clear updates on when the room would actually be ready. The layout of the Mezzanine Suite feels awkward. the entry involves a climb that doesn’t vibe well with heavy luggage or anyone needing it easier to get around. The TV had issues with connectivity, and the safe malfunctioned both nights, locking valuables in at a highly inconvenient time, which felt like a major oversight for a hotel of this caliber. While the restrooms nearby the dining area were cleverly disguised, they were a bit tricky to locate, especially after a long day. All these quirks may not spoil the fun, but they definitely affect the overall experience.

Felt special, nothing to complain about.
